CPM One Source is an established Southern California commercial logistics company operating across project management, warehousing, storage, installation, construction, moving, hospitality, and delivery. Agnostic Labs is designing and building the connected software infrastructure behind those operations.

01 / The environment
A physical operation involving a 26,000-square-foot warehouse, field crews, project managers, delivery teams, administrators, and client accounts. The complexity of the operation is physical before it is digital—racks, schedules, items, people, and clients all move in relation to each other.
02 / The constraint
Operational information and workflows were distributed across people, spreadsheets, emails, documents, and disconnected systems. Information existed—but not in a form that made the operation visible or coordinated as a whole.
The software needed to reflect the physical operation rather than force the operation into generic software categories. Every process—storage, delivery, project management, client communication—had to be modeled from how it actually worked, not from how a template assumed it should work.

04 / The method
We don't build from the brief. We build from the operation.
Agnostic Labs worked directly within the CPM operation— including understanding and physically organizing the warehouse—before translating the workflows into software. The physical space, the movement of items, the logic of deliveries, and the hierarchy of access were all observed and mapped before any architecture was proposed.
This approach meant the software was built to describe a real system, not to impose a generic one.
05 / The evolving platform
The system is designed as a growing software layer—not a fixed product. As operations expand and new workflows emerge, the platform is structured to connect inventory, logistics, communication, payments, and client experience without requiring a rebuild.
The foundation built today is intended to carry increasing complexity over time—adding visibility, automation, and integration without disrupting the operations already running on it.
