Agnostic Labs is an independent technology lab working across software products, operational systems, AI, and mobile applications. We are interested in difficult problems that sit between software and the physical world.
The lab
The name Agnostic Labs reflects two things: a technical agnosticism—not being tied to one platform, model, vendor, or stack—and a philosophical one: curiosity, intellectual restraint, and evidence over dogma.
We build software that operates in the world, not just on screens. That means understanding physical operations, supply chains, field crews, and logistics systems as well as code. The software we build is a reflection of work we have studied directly.
Our client work is selective. We take on projects where we can understand the problem thoroughly and build something that lasts. Our product work is independent: we own and distribute what we build, and we build it because it needs to exist.
Agnostic Labs is founder-led and operates as an independent laboratory. We do not pursue growth for its own sake.

We do not have a preferred stack, platform, or vendor. We evaluate what the problem requires and choose accordingly.

Systems before features
A well-understood system produces better software than a list of features. We study the operation before we design the interface.

The most useful information is in the work itself—not in briefs, requirements documents, or stakeholder summaries.

Systems that cannot change become liabilities. We build with the expectation that requirements will evolve.
