Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using BetterGF (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms are between you and Agnostic Labs LLC (“Agnostic Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Description of service

BetterGF is a mobile application that helps users generate personalized ideas for dates, gifts, and connection with a partner. The App provides suggestions based on information you provide and may use AI-assisted generation. All suggestions are for informational and planning purposes only. We make no guarantees about the suitability, accuracy, or outcomes of any suggestion.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use BetterGF. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. User content

Information you enter into BetterGF—including partner profiles, preferences, and notes—is your content. By entering it, you grant Agnostic Labs a limited license to use that information solely to operate and provide the App's features. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the App
• Interfere with the App's operation or infrastructure
• Enter false or misleading information to manipulate outputs

7. AI-generated suggestions

BetterGF may use AI-assisted generation to produce suggestions. These suggestions are provided as-is and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your situation. You are solely responsible for evaluating and acting on any suggestion provided by the App. Agnostic Labs is not liable for any outcome resulting from following a suggestion.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGNOSTIC LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by other appropriate means. Continued use of the App following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. (Confirm jurisdiction with legal counsel before publishing.)
